With over thirty years over experience in dentistry, Caroline is key to keeping our patients smiles healthy. She’s responsible for performing hygiene care and educating patients on the proper habits and at-home care to maintain their beautiful smile. An alumna of the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Caroline is committed to one-on-one care and loves interacting with her patients. After relocating to Maryland from Rhode Island with her husband, Matthew, she became a member of the Maryland Dental Hygiene Association and started delivering exceptional care to patients at our office. Carline has two daughters, Chiara and Caitlin, both enrolled at Universities in the state of North Carolina for Doctorate programs. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dogs, as well as cross-stitching, reading and gardening.
As a native of Virginia, Heather found her passion for patient care and customer service during her time as a Dental Assistant at a Richmond dental practice in 2001. After working in the dental field for nearly 18 years, she moved to Maryland with her family and came to be Dr. Chincheck’s Office Administrator. Heather has a very outgoing and pleasurable personality and loves building relationships with our patients. She is dedicated to, and passionate about, Dr. Chincheck’s mission and enjoys coming to work every day with team members who all share the same daily goal. Being a busy mother of three children, Lydia, Lillian, Logan, and a Standard Poodle named Russia, Heather enjoys traveling, cooking, and dining out with her family and friends when she is not in the office.
Her intentions may have been to originally run an animal rescue but after her high school teacher secured her an interview with Dr. Chincheck over seventeen years ago, her career path quickly changed. She’s worked with Dr. Chincheck ever since, and is responsible for ordering supplies, maintaining the exam rooms, handling minor IT issues, and any other assistance the team may need. Jessica thoroughly enjoys the commitment to patient care exhibited by Dr. Chincheck, and how each patient is given a voice and a space to be heard. The individualized care is a perfect atmosphere for someone as a compassionate and empathetic as Jessica. She is an avid traveler, having already visited thirteen states and eight different countries outside of the U.S. Over the weekend, you may find her at the local farmer’s market or relaxing with her husband, Dennis.
Lead Dental Assistant
As the Lead Chairside Assistant to Dr. Chincheck, Dana brings 12 years of experience to the team. She has been working side by side with Dr. Chincheck for almost two years now. Dana’s compassion and rapport with the patients makes her a real asset to the team. She believes in Dr. Chincheck’s mission and gives every patient the time and dedication they deserve. Dana believes everyone in the office gives the patients their very best service every single day and is proud to be a part of that team. When she isn’t working, you can find Dana spending time with her three children and her granddaughter, cooking, working out or curled up with a good book.
As the sterilization technician, Zoe cleans and sets up the rooms, sterilizes tools, and any other assistance the team may need. Zoe’s mother, who happens to be the Lead Chairside Assistant, had a conversation about a year ago with Dr. Chincheck about needing a sterilization tech. She was then setup for an interview and from then on her future became a little bit brighter. Zoe is currently in college and will be furthering her education to come a Dental Hygienist. This position is a perfect position to help Zoe expand her dental knowledge. Outside of the office Zoe likes to do outdoor activities such as hiking or swimming, hanging out with her friends and shopping.
